The founder of Season Arts is deeply committed to researching educational philosophies and attends conferences all over the world.

• Korea: In 2012 and 2014, cooperated with the chief of KCCT(Korea Center for Children & Teachers) in Korea, Dr. Moonja, to design the visit workshop which is about exchanging teaching experiences with the Korean Reggio schools
|
| |
• Hong Kong : every year the CERC will go to Hong Kong for the OMEP ( The World Organization for Early Childhood Education ) conference to participate in speeches. During this visit the CERC also visits various kindergartens in Hong Kong
|
| |
• Europe : In 2006 the founder of Season Arts and the principles of the three campuses visited kindergartens in Finland and Germany . The founder has also been to Italy several times to attend conferences about the Reggio teaching philosophy.

• Taiwan : CERC members go to Taipei once a year for the annual ． International symposium and book fair on English Teaching '. In the past the founder has also visited schools in Taipei and been to many other conferences regarding educational methods.
