Teachers are trained before working at Season Arts and receive professional developments throughout the year. The ongoing training consists of: |

• The trinity system: experienced teachers work side by side with novice teachers to lead and train their junior partners. |
| |
• All foreign teachers are given an extensive teaching manual. |
| |
• Meetings: Chinese and Foreign teachers frequently have meetings to share teaching ideas.
| |
| |
• Workshops (that focus on a specific topic) are held from time to time for both Chinese and foreign teachers.
• Peer observation is organized every semester for teachers to watch each other.
• The library has a collection of educational books and other teacher's materials. |
