• All kindergarten homeroom teachers have degrees in pre-school education. |

• All foreign English teachers have an ARC (alien resident certificate); in order to get an ARC a degree certificate is required. |

• All art, music and PE teachers are qualified and have the appropriate degree. |

• The CERC (Childrenˇ¦s Educational Research Center) researches educational issues
and implementseffective teaching methods.
