Each class has two co-teachers who work together dividing the work and the teaching. Each teacher is responsible for 13 of the 26 students. This teaching system not only helps to maintain a high standard of teaching but allows for added observation and guidance by the teachers. The teachers follow each student's development and record their accomplishments. For the students, this not only ensures good learning results but it is also essential to personality and cognitive development .
